New England Chapter Virginia Tech Alumni Association BBQ Pre-Game Event BC Middle Campus - Lyons Hall EVENT INFORMATION: WHAT: BBQ Pre-Game Event on Boston College Campus Before @ BC Game WHEN: Thursday, October 12, 2006 4:30 - 7:00 p.m. RSVP by October 6 WHERE: Lyons Hall BC Middle Campus COST: $35 per person in advance payable to “VTAA - New England Chapter” After October 6, $40 cash only at the door (limited) Join us for our first-ever on-campus gathering in Chestnut Hill at Boston College Lyon’s Hall for the 7th Virginia Tech vs Boston College pre-game event. The pre-game will include : BBQ buffet Cash Bar Tech Bookstore merchandise (cash/check only) Raffle prizes. Access to the campus is available by the “T” (www.mbta.com) and Boston College Shuttle services (www.bceagles.com) from remote parking lots at Needham Industrial Park. To access BC shuttle in Needham, take Exit 19A on I-95/128. Once on Highland, turn right at Ground Round onto First Avenue and follow Boston College signage to parking areas. Bus Shuttles begin two hours prior to game time, running at 10-minute intervals.University Travel (www.universitytravel.com) will provide a one night land tour, which includes the pre-game event with one night lodging at Hokie Headquarters (Westin Waltham) and transportation to/from campus.
